Copyright Notice - Adviser Portals

This notice explains ownership and permitted use of the Adviser Portals website, platform, templates, tools, managed content and related materials.

1. Adviser Portals materials

Unless stated otherwise, Adviser Portals Ltd or its licensors own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the platform, software, layouts, themes, templates, interface designs, managed articles, calculators, forms, graphics, documentation and other materials we provide.

2. Customer licence

During an active subscription, a customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the relevant Adviser Portals materials through the website and account supplied to that customer. The licence supports the customer's own ordinary business use and does not transfer ownership.

3. Permitted use

You may view and use public website material for its intended purpose. You may print or download reasonable extracts for personal reference or the customer's internal business use, provided copyright and attribution notices remain intact.

4. Restrictions

Unless we agree in writing or the law expressly permits it, you must not:

copy, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit our materials;
extract or reproduce a substantial part of a template, content library, database or platform;
use automated tools to scrape, harvest or reconstruct our materials or service;
create a competing product from our templates, managed content or platform; or
remove or alter copyright, trade mark or ownership notices.

5. Customer and third-party materials

Customers retain ownership of original logos, photographs, documents and other material they provide. By uploading material, the customer confirms it has the rights and permissions needed for us to host, process and publish it as part of the service.

Some images, fonts, documents, data or embedded tools are owned by third parties and remain subject to their licences and terms.

6. End of service

When an active subscription ends, the customer's licence to use Adviser Portals templates, tools, managed content and platform materials ends. Customer-owned material remains the customer's property, subject to the service closure and retention terms in our Terms of Business.

7. Reporting an issue

If you believe material hosted through our service infringes your copyright or another intellectual property right, email [email protected] with the affected URL, a description of the work, evidence of ownership or authority, and your contact details.
